HOME BUYING 101;

As your trusted partner and Real Estate team, our team wants to help you with the knowledge of the home buying process basics. We call this Home Buying 101 class.

When looking to buy a home, you will want to first decide which Realtor, Agent or Team you would like to work with. 

Once you have done this, then you make an appointment with the Realtor/Team and have a free buyer consultation. (Note that all buyer real estate services should be completely free.) Our services are free to you. The buyer consultation will allow the Agent to help you decide on area, style of home, beds, baths, pool, schools, lot size, stories, price of home and so on. As experts, we will zero in on correct home for you our client.

After the consultation, we will refer you to our preferred lender or lender of your choice for best rates and fees available. This loan pre-approval is also easy and free with our team. Once approved we will begin to physically show you homes on the market to your criteria. We will make your dream a reality.

Once the right home is quickly found, we will make an offer to negotiate the best price and terms available for you. Our goal is to make you extremely happy through the process and secure the best opportunity for you, our client.

Once the offer is accepted, we will go into escrow where the deposit is placed and we start our inspections on the home, to make sure the home is in the condition you desire. An appraisal is also done, to make sure we have value in the home. This process to close escrow takes appx 30 days, then the keys are delivered to you. There are smaller steps inside the 30 day escrow period and what was described here is the overall process.
